The “administration” section contains a selection of hot-keys of the most frequent requests that are normally made to the agency. In this way, tenants can submit their requests with a simple click, without unnecessary telephone calls. In addition, for more complex requests, tenants are informed about the necessary requirements and they can easily upload the additional documents via the app.
The “interventions” section allows the tenant to report to the agency any problem in the apartment that require the intervention of a craftsman. Through a series of simple steps the tenant can point out the room where the damage occurred, the type of problem, attach an image, write notes and enter the dates when he/she would be available to meet the craftsman. The tenant will then receive constant updates on the status of his/her request as soon as it will be evaluated by the agency and taken care of by a specific craftsman, who can confirm the date selected by the tenant or propose an alternative.
